I am a statistician, currently working in the public health sector, in France.
While I have learned and used several other languages in the past, today I use mainly the ones mentioned here. Stata is my main language for statistical work, and Python for everything else. I use C, Fortran and Java mainly to build DLLs or plugins for the other ones.
