ETcl is an implementation of Tcl. Other implementations of Tcl.

eTCL is an interpreter for the Tcl programming language, with the Tk library included.

Officially, it's named "Evolane's distribution of Tcl/Tk."

As of this writing, it's supported for a variety of versions and architectures of Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
