Perhaps this question reflects someone's sense of humor or enthusiasm for "Code Golf",
but it could also be the work of a discontented spammer. Whichever which way, it
does not bode well for RC's future, especially since it has been answered multiple times.
Does that mean it's too late to delete it?
What is the most effective way to flag a question as deleterious to the well-being of RC?

New Title
