Some quick things you should be aware of:

  • Template:Mylang -- Helps you show what languages you're familiar with, and helps us become aware of skills with languages we haven't seen.
  • Special:Webchat -- Logs you into #rosettacode on the Freenode IRC channel. Not usually the most active communications medium, but occasionally helpful.--Michael Mol 04:46, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
  • Rosetta Code:Village Pump -- A general Q/A and discussion area.
  • Rosetta Code subredddit -- No truly defined purpose yet, but useful for injecting Rosetta Code-related stuff into the Planet.
  • Rosetta Code planet -- Aggregates RSS feeds from some RCo users' blogs, the official blog, and the subreddit.
  • Rosetta Code blog -- Official blog. Posted to rarely, but not dead.

Sorry for the boilerplate; with as many as ten new users a day, it's a bit difficult giving an individual greeting to each person. That doesn't make the welcome any less sincere!
