I've been making some changes to the 'get me out of here' task, mostly cosmetic ones to enhance clarity, but don't think I've disrupted the classic Perl style you wrote it in. I also wanted it to align with the Raku port I just added; that's a hobby-horse I've been riding for years, making it easy to compare/contrast the two languages. Who know, maybe the task author will mark both as invalid since they don't use the specified algorithms, but all the same to me.
