In producing a complete list (for the REXX example), I found several errors that somebody should probably correct (at least, make them concistant as far as case).

* BASIC, Basic
* Bc, BC
* F Sharp, F sharp
* Gdl, GDL
* HaXe, Haxe
* Maple, MAPLE
* MATLAB, Matlab
* NewLISP, Newlisp
* OoRexx, OOREXX
* OpenEdge/Progress, Openedge/Progress
* REXX, Rexx
* Run BASIC, Run Basic
