m is used in the task description but not defined. Sometimes ambiguity can be disambiguated by reading the author's example, even if it is in Python (if you hold your nose). In this case not as it is using a built in function. Almost as bad as relying on Python is Wikipedia, but in this case its definition is:

In number theory, a branch of mathematics, the Carmichael function λ(n) of a positive integer n is the smallest positive integer m such that

$a^{m}\equiv 1{\pmod {n}}$

holds for every integer coprime to n.
