Language box tips

Hey there. I created the user template a long time ago and it was OK for a while. Someone else came in and offered a better way of doing things. We like people to use the "mylang" templates now ({{mylangbegin}}, {{mylang}}, and {{mylangend}}). They're referenced here with examples of their use. Also, language names are case-sensitive (it's how the wiki works), so OCaml is the official capitalization we use. If you don't use the right capitalization, you won't be listed in the right user group (right now you're in Category:Ocaml User, but you want to be in Category:OCaml User).
