Welcome aboard! I founded RC, and still administer it. (Though I get a lot of help from the "bureaucrats" around here.) Check out the village pump and the "Recent Changes" RSS feed. That's how I keep up to speed. If you have any suggestions, mention it on a talk page somewhere (The Pump doesn't get as much traffic as I'd like.), and people will start chiming in.
