::: I didn't make the anon edits. I'm just pointing out the distinction between 'unnecessary' and 'pointless'. I also felt a need to step in, because I haven't seen edit wars on RC, and it felt like we might be getting close to such over stylistic issues. So I simply stated my opinion and left it at that; I don't need to be a direct party to an edit war, and such things have traditionally been resolved on RC by talking over the pros and cons. C++ is going to be a tricky language for me to not interfere with, because it's my bread and butter... --[[User:Short Circuit|Michael Mol]] 20:11, 31 May 2011 (UTC)
