I removed the example showing how to call hidden DLL functions with <code>.Call</code>. It was mildly useful back in 2012 when we were still at R 2.15, since it was a fast builtin solution. But since R 3.0 the functions are builtin and documented, and anyway the DLL entry ponts seem to have disappeared.
